Accessing Hirosaki

Hirosaki City is about a 35 minute train ride from Aomori City. Take the Ou Limited Express Train from Aomori Station to Hirosaki Station, costing 1930JPY one way, and is covered by the JR Pass. 

Otherwise, the Ou Line, Local Hirosaki, is a cheaper but slower alternative, costing 680JPY and taking about 45 minutes.
