The Shibuya Sky is an iconic observation deck in the heart of Tokyo’s Shibuya City, located atop the Shibuya Scramble Square building – directly above the famous Shibuya Crossing. Opened in 2019, the Shibuya Sky offers a stunning view of the metropolis, comparable to Tokyo Tower or the Tokyo SkyTree.
At 229 meters (About 750 Feet) tall, the Shibua sky has two main decks: the indoor lounge and rooftop deck. The rooftop deck is by far the favourite among visitors, thanks to the open-air nature and unobstructed views of the city. The rooftop deck also has the iconic “Sky’s Edge”, where you can stand up against the glass for some fantastic views of the city and take the iconic photo with Tokyo as the backdrop. Shibuya Sky is also also home to one of the most iconic escalators in the world, with glass sides that provide views of the city as you descend between the floors.
Tickets to the Shibuya Sky can be pre-purchased online on Klook.
