How to use the pass

Similar to the Japan Rail Pass, using the Hakone Free Pass is as simple as showing the station attendant or bus driver your pass and boarding. Passes are valid on a calendar day basis, not time-based. This means you can use your pass from the moment you receive it until your last day with it.
